Our client, a leading organization in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a passionate and skilled Data and Analytics Specialist II to join their dynamic team. As a Data and Analytics Specialist II, you will be an integral part of the Data and Analytics department supporting digital marketing and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will enable you to thrive within this innovative environment.

Job Title: Data and Analytics Specialist II

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts

Pay Range: $62.50

What's the Job?

• Manage and develop business intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Leverage Adobe Analytics to deliver actionable insights on digital media performance.
• Optimize digital paid media campaigns across display, email, paid search, and social channels.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze paid media data from various sources using industry-standard tools.
• Review and validate media performance data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or digital analytics role.
• Prior experience with digital marketing analytics, including tools like Adobe Marketing Suite or Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, preferably Snowflake, and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qliksense.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels outside of websites, including social media, search, and paid media.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
