GracePointe Crossing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses / LPNs to join our Care Center Team. All schedules include working every other weekend and holiday. We are currently hiring for:

• Full Time - PM (2PM - 10PM)
• Full Time & Part Time - NOC (10PM - 6AM)

Hiring Bonus - PM & NOC SHIFT

• LPN Full Time = $2,000
• LPN Part Time = $1,500

Responsibilities

The purpose of your position is to put “Smiles in the Eyes of our Residents” by fulfilling Presbyterian Homes’ mission, purpose, motto, commitment to service, promise, and practices. You will be responsible for the provision and monitoring of high-quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
• Current CPR certification.
• Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $30.01 - $32.19 per hour.
