Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage) (T1303) s role involves supporting guest service, merchandise flow, inventory accuracy, pricing, and fulfillment processes across GM areas of the store. Starting hourly rate: $16.75 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks and assisting guests to solve their needs.
• Assist with receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment for moving merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Climb ladders; move merchandise safely, including up to 44 pounds as needed.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Shift length may vary; remain mobile throughout scheduled shift.
