The Aerial Telecom Crew Leader will be responsible for assisting the project Foreman by managing the daily job site situations, maintaining a safe and accident free working environment, and being accountable for quality and productivity for our customers on our new business projects within the Telecom Construction division. It is also a great opportunity to be part of the initial team that will establish Team Fishel as the leader in utility construction industry in Eastern Ohio as it grows.

• Review plans and permits
• Establish daily crew goals
• Communicate with customer
• Monitor progress

• Lineman training a plus
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
• Basic Aerial Placement is desired
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience
• Three years related experience in construction
  
  Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
• Bilingual and prior construction experience is highly desirable.
