Behavior Technician (Entry-Level) – Hi-5 ABA

Location: Cambridge, OH

Compensation: $17 - $20/hour (based on experience)

Opportunity Summary

Silver Lining ABA is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work with children with developmental disabilities. This is an entry-level opportunity offering consistent full-time hours
, paid training
, and full benefits
—no prior experience required! You ll be fully prepared for success through two weeks of hands-on training led by experienced BCBAs and Program Managers. New hires begin with 40 hours/week of in-clinic work
, receive three raise opportunities within their first year
, and are supported in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and eventually Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) through paid certification and fieldwork hours.

Position Requirements

Apply if you meet the following:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 18 years or older
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Background in education, behavioral support, or caregiving roles
  • Strong communication, tech, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting
  • Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect session data and write progress notes
  • Build relationships with clients and families
  • Attend supervision and team meetings
  • Maintain professional conduct and client confidentiality
Schedule & Benefits
  • Clinic hours:
    Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Pay: $17-$20/hour based on experience
