• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Conduct assessments, deliver high‑quality care, and educate patients and caregivers.
• Perform skilled procedures while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely transfer and maneuver patients in a home setting.
• OASIS knowledge is a plus.
