District Manager – Multi-Unit Salon Operations & Sales Leadership

American Salon Group is hiring a results-driven District Manager to lead multiple salon locations, develop high-performing teams, grow sales, and create an exceptional experience for both our guests and employees.

This is a hands-on leadership position. In addition to leading your district, you will be expected to work behind the chair, perform salon services, build and maintain your own clientele, and lead your teams by example. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who knows how to develop people, drive revenue, recruit talent, build a loyal client base, improve salon performance, and successfully manage multiple locations.

As a District Manager, you will take ownership of the performance and profitability of your assigned salons while developing Salon Leaders and Stylists to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee multiple salon locations
• Perform professional salon services behind the chair
• Actively build, grow, and maintain your own clientele
• Lead by example by demonstrating excellent consultations, services, rebooking, and retail recommendations
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and retain talented Salon Leaders and Hair Stylists
• Develop strong, high-performing teams focused on delivering results
• Drive service sales, retail product sales, client retention, rebooking, and salon profitability
• Establish and monitor sales, productivity, and performance expectations
• Coach Salon Leaders and Stylists to increase performance and achieve company goals
• Analyze salon performance, reports, labor, expenses, and key business metrics
• Identify opportunities to increase client traffic and new client acquisition
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain high customer service standards
• Resolve guest concerns and support teams with service or operational challenges
• Conduct regular salon visits, meetings, coaching sessions, and performance follow up
• Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure salons are properly covered during operating hours
• Monitor inventory, cycle counts, ordering, deposits, opening/closing procedures, and operational compliance
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed
• Build strong relationships with internal partners, salon teams, and location management
• Create a positive, professional, energetic culture where employees can grow and succeed
