- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Necessity for attention to detail.
- The ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Capable of maintaining quality control by monitoring production output.
- Ability to identify any issues with the product or process.
- Correctly identifying the correct batch being milled.
- Ensure belts, pans, and knives are always cleaned between compounds.
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines along with assisting in modifying and updating procedures.
- Operating a forklift for various functions.
- One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School or GED preferred
- Willing to work overtime including weekends
- Close visual work required.
- Knowledge of general computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
The hourly rate for this position is $18 per hour, plus $1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and/or 3rd shift.
Shift3rd shift - 10:45pm - 7:00am
