The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs/UAPs per policy. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within a high reliability organization framework.
Shift is variable in a 24/7 department (Icu). Requires Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN within 5 years of employment.
