You will be meeting with families at their time of need and customers who want to ease the burden on their loved ones by pre‑planning their final arrangements.

$50,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Fantastic Income Potential:
  Target earnings of $100,000+ with unlimited upside potential (we do not limit earnings), with commission rates up to 15%. Plus, you’ll enjoy bonuses for meeting personal achievement and quota.
• Assigned Duty Days:
  You will have assigned duty days rotating with another advisor. Receiving first calls on duty days.
• Marketing Support:
  Our telemarketing group helps identify and pass along leads to the sales team, so you can focus on what you do best connecting with families and making sales. In addition, you will receive training for lead generation.
• Technology Savvy:
  Utilize best‑in‑class technology and CRM tools to manage client relationships and sales processes efficiently.
• Community Engagement:
  We encourage involvement in civic and community organizations to build relationships and generate referrals.

• Signing Bonus:

• 3‑5 years of sales experience, preferably in the cemetery or insurance industries.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help people through challenging times.
• Basic computer and technology skills within a sales environment.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• A valid state‑issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a basic background check.
