IFA Administrator / Client Experience Executive
A client-focused financial planning firm is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator
A well-established and growing financial planning firm based in Girton, Cambridge is looking to appoint a Client Experience Executive (IFA Administrator) to support its Financial Planners and Client Relationship Managers while delivering a consistently high standard of service to clients.
Salary up to £29,000
This is an excellent opportunity for an IFA Administrator or Client Services professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and is looking to further their career within financial planning.
The Role- Processing new business, withdrawals and other client instructions within service level agreements
- Maintaining and updating client records using back-office systems such as Intelliflo
- Preparing valuations, meeting packs, suitability documents, fee requests and invoices
- Managing client documentation (e.g. wills, share certificates) accurately and securely
- Coordinating client meetings and managing adviser diaries
- Acting as a key point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Liaising with providers and custodians to track cases through to completion
The ideal candidate will already have experience within financial services, preferably in an IFA or wealth management environment, and will be passionate about delivering excellent client service.
Essential:- Experience in an IFA / financial planning or professional services role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive, professional and positive approach
