  • Processing overtime, holiday pay, leave balances, and ensuring compliance with time‑tracking procedures.
  • Maintaining system records for new starters, leavers, promotions, and contractual changes.
  • Responding to pay queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Updating and maintaining time & attendance records, including rota or shift amendments.
  • Managing the electronic clocking‑in system, resolving anomalies, correcting exceptions, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Monitoring equipment functionality, logging faults, and arranging repairs to minimise disruptions.
  • Updating holiday balances and providing regular team and management updates.
  • Producing scheduled and ad‑hoc workforce reports for operations, finance, and management teams.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all payroll, HR, and data protection legislation.
  • Supporting managers with consistent application of processes and policies.
  • Carrying out general administration including letters, documentation, file management, and ad‑hoc tasks to support the wider operation.

  • Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confidence in solving problems quickly and effectively.

  • A flexible and practical approach, committed to best practice and high standards.
  • Strong IT skills and comfort using digital systems and reporting tools.
