As our Receptionist you will meet, greet and sign in all visitors at the office. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the reception area is always neat and tidy and will ensure that each and every visitor is comfortable and has a refreshment whilst in the reception area. You'll interact with our people on a daily basis - so you'll be friendly, caring and kind.
HeresSome Other Important Things You Need To Know
- You'll must be available to work some bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day
- You will be required to cover some weekday shifts when the Home Administrator is off
- To answer the front door intercom promptly and ensure each visitor to the office are welcomed
- Assist with care home show arounds
- To be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries into the office. Answering the phone and emails promptly and in a polite manner as soon as possible
- To ensure that the reception area, office and kitchen is kept neat, tidy and welcoming and fridges are well stocked.
- To support the office team in packaging and posting mailouts, materials i.e. leaflets, invoices etc.
- To support the team with administrative taskssuch as filing, laminating, ordering and booking things such as restaurants, cabs, hotels etc. where requested
- Weekly reporting as requested
