Immediate start Long Road Sixth Form College is a thriving, successful post-16 Sixth Form College with 2,600 students on roll across a variety of studies. Conveniently located close to the M11 and A14, the college is set next to the Biomedical Campus in its own attractive grounds in the beautiful and expanding city of Cambridge. Long Road was judged by OFSTED to be Good or Outstanding in all five categories at its most recent inspection in February 2025.

By working closely with key teams throughout Long Road Sixth Form College, including our enthusiastic Student Care, Guidance and Progression, and Admissions teams you will be an integral part of the Student Services team. You will provide excellent customer service, professional front-line helpdesk and reception service, and a broad range of administrative support to ensure a great experience for our staff, pupils and parents.

You will undertake a variety of student administration duties, answer in-person, phone and email enquiries, note-taking and general College administration as required, as well as contribute ideas towards departmental projects and support college wide events. You will need excellent administrative and customer service skills, the ability to produce and develop clear, concise, accurate data, and you will be adaptable, flexible, and enthusiastic.
