About

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth running of our Parts Operations function in Duxford. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring documentation, communication and reporting processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

This is a fast-paced, admin-heavy role where attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to keeping our warehouse operations running effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and distribute daily courier and dispatch reports
  • Manage digital filing of warehouse documentation (picking lists, check sheets, dispatch records)
  • Coordinate courier collections and manage engineer return labels
  • Maintain warehouse communication boards and operational calendar
  • Support meetings through presentation preparation and minute taking
  • Capture, investigate and report on warehouse errors and deviations
  • Carry out stock deviation checks and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate servicing and maintenance of warehouse equipment
  • Support QESH compliance activities and maintain training records
About You

You will be a proactive and reliable administrator who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment. You’ll be confident working independently while also supporting a wider operational team, with a strong focus on accuracy, organisation and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Logical thinker with good problem-solving ability
  • Team-focused, flexible and takes ownership of tasks
