Our client based in Cottenham is seeking a Operations Administrator to join their team on a full time, temporary basis.

As the Operations Administrator your duties will include:

* Answering incoming calls

* Arranging deliveries

* Processing bookings on system

* Quoting

* Monitoring progress of work, updating customers

* Checking invoices

* Upselling services where possible

* General administration as required.

An ideal candidate for the Operations Administrator will have:

* Previous experience arranging overnight deliveries

* Good communication skills, verbal & written

* Strong customer service skills

* Excellent telephone manner

* Good organisational skills.
