Our client based in Cottenham is seeking a Operations Administrator to join their team on a full time, temporary basis.

As the Operations Administrator your duties will include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Arranging deliveries
• Processing bookings on system
• Quoting
• Monitoring progress of work, updating customers
• Checking invoices
• Upselling services where possible
• General administration as required.

An ideal candidate for the Operations Administrator will have:

• Previous experience arranging overnight deliveries
• Good communication skills, verbal & written
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good organisational skills.
