Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Location: Cambridgeshire

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
 
* 4-week temporary assignment with the possibility of extension
 
* Immediate start required
We are recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Cambridge.
This is a varied role and ideal for someone who is confident communicating over the phone with customers, and happy to get involved wherever needed.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
* Reliability and good timekeeping
 
* Confident MS Office skills
 
* A flexible, proactive approach with a willingness to help wherever needed
 
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key responsibilities:

* Handling incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries
 
* Providing administrative support to the wider team
 
* Managing emails and updating internal systems
 
* Supporting with a variety of day-to-day operational tasks
