Temporary Recruitment Administrator Loughborough £30,000 - £32,000 4 Week Temporary Assignment We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our client's busy team on a 4-week temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is available to start immediately.

Key responsibilities include:

Posting vacancies across job boards and social media platforms. Managing candidate applications and updating the recruitment database. Arranging interviews. Speaking with candidates to gather information and provide updates. Coordinating interview schedules and managing diaries. Maintaining accurate records in line with GDPR. Providing general administrative support to the Internal Recruitment team. To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous administration experience (recruitment or HR experience is advantageous but not essential). Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to support the wider team.
