Facilities Administrator

We are looking for a reliable and organized Facilities Administrator to provide temporary maternity cover support within a busy operational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and keeping accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

Signing contractors in and out of the site
Carrying out general administrative duties
Chasing engineers and contractors for job updates
Monitoring the progress of maintenance and service jobs
Updating trackers and maintaining accurate records
Allocating deliveries to the correct contacts and departments
Supporting the wider facilities and operations team with day-to-day coordination tasks

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or facilities support role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Professional and approachable manner when dealing with contractors, engineers, and internal teams
Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills

This is a temporary maternity cover position offering 40 hours per week in a fast-paced and supportive working environment
