Evening Receptionist

Location: Longstanton

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist to provide professional front-of-house support on an ad hoc basis. This role would suit someone with previous reception, customer service or administrative experience who is available to work evenings and weekends.

Main Responsibilities

* Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first point of contact

* Answering and directing telephone calls and enquiries

* Dealing with general queries in a helpful and professional manner

* Supporting with basic administrative and reception duties

* Maintaining a welcoming, organised and professional reception area

Ideal Candidate

* Previous experience in reception, administration or customer-facing work

* Confident and professional communication skills

* Friendly and approachable manner

* Reliable and flexible approach to ad hoc evening and weekend shifts

* Comfortable working independently and dealing with a range of visitors and enquiries
