This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and wants to contribute to a dynamic global organisation that values curiosity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

About you:

A friendly, approachable, and professional individual who enjoys working with a wide range of people. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating positive experiences. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands. Calm and resilient under pressure, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and looks for solutions.

A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required. Curious about new technologies and committed to continuous learning and development. Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business. Essential skills:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Experience managing multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Confidence using audiovisual and meeting room technologies. Comfortable getting meeting rooms set up, which may involve moving tables and chairs. Excellent organisational and administration skills. Familiarity with facility management systems or workplace management software. Experience supporting meetings, events, catering, or hospitality services. Knowledge of digital data collection, reporting, or analytics tools. Experience working within a large, diverse, and complex organisation. Understanding of building maintenance processes and supplier coordination.

Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations while maintaining safety and business continuity.
