This is a varied position combining executive-level support with wider business coordination and office administration, giving you excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the wider organisation.

If you enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, builds strong relationships and makes a real difference to the effectiveness of senior leaders, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Your Responsibilities Will Include Executive Support

  • Organise internal and external meetings, coordinating attendees, rooms, technology and refreshments where required.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, papers, presentations and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure executives are fully briefed and prepared for meetings by coordinating relevant information and actions in advance.
  • Attend meetings where appropriate, taking accurate notes and maintaining action logs.
  • Follow up on agreed actions and deadlines to ensure commitments are delivered.
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including transport, accommodation, itineraries and associated documentation.
  • Manage expenses, invoices and other administrative requirements on behalf of the CFO and CRO.
  • Handle confidential, commercially sensitive and personal information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Draft, prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and directing matters appropriately.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
Business & Office Coordination
  • Support the CFO and CRO with the coordination of key business activities, projects and deadlines.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of presentations, reports and management information.
  • Coordinate information, actions and follow-ups across departments on behalf of the executives.
  • Assist with the organisation of meetings, workshops and events as required.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of business priorities and proactively anticipate administrative requirements.
  • Support the planning and logistics of key industry shows, with occasional attendance where required.
  • Travel occasionally as required by the role.
General Office & Administration
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
  • Provide holiday and absence cover for other administrative functions within the office.
  • Contribute to the smooth and professional running of the wider office environment.
