As Operations Manager, you will provide embedded compliance and assurance support within IELTS Delivery operations. You will coordinate closely with internal Operations, Assessment, Regulation, and UKVI liaison teams, acting as a compliance specialist who ensures that policies, controls, and procedures are consistently implemented and documented.

While this role does not involve direct line management, it requires strong operational oversight and the ability to manage complex compliance frameworks. • Monitor and support compliance activities across IELTS Delivery
• Ensure operational processes align with regulatory and governance standards
• Coordinate audit readiness activities and evidence preparation
• Track incidents, risks, and non-conformance cases
• Liaise between Operations and internal Regulation/UKVI teams
• Represent Operations in compliance forums and governance meetings
• Review and ensure compliance documentation, SOPs, and control frameworks
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to assurance

• Experience in operational or delivery-focused environments
• Background in compliance, audit, governance, or assurance functions
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory application
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation review skills
• Strong organizational and stakeholder communication abilities
• Experience in regulated sectors (assessment preferred)
• Familiarity with incident management or regulatory reviews (desirable)
