The Role

We're looking for an experienced Estimator to take ownership of tender submissions and pre-construction planning. You'll:

Prepare accurate quotations, scopes of work, and construction sequencing programmes
Analyse risks, perform take-offs, and conduct post-tender reviews
Negotiate costs with suppliers and subcontractors
Build strong relationships with teams and clients
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards

About You

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in construction or fit-out estimating
Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
Confident with Microsoft Office;
Eque2 Evaluate & MS Project experience a bonus
