Project Manager / Contracts Manager Overview We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial construction main contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial building projects. This role is ideal for a driven construction professional with a strong background in delivering commercial schemes (e.g. offices, retail, industrial, education, healthcare or mixed-use developments) who thrives in a fast-paced main contractor environment.
You will take full responsibility for site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Project & Site Management Manage day-to-day site operations from pre-construction through to completion. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour and site teams.
