The project consists of a £17m New Health Diagnostics Centre in South Cambridge. Complete fitout to several floors, high‑quality finishes.

The building contractor takes on projects of varied nature—education, local authority, commercial, private residential, health, sports and leisure, embassy and religious buildings.

The building contractor has always been known to have an excellent reputation, focusing on the delivery of construction projects ranging from £1m‑£15m, including refurbishment, new build and Cut & Carve.

The candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as a Senior Site Manager across varied sectors, on projects of up to £15m value. We are looking for someone who can take this one‑year scheme from start to finish reporting to a Site‑Based Senior Project Manager.

The candidate must be client‑facing and able to manage other managers below. A further site manager will report to the candidate.

• Ideally have a carpentry trade and a higher‑education qualification in construction
• Possess a deep technical understanding of high‑quality workmanship and building
• SMSTS / CSCS – Black / First Aid
• Be a committed member of the project team
