CPCS Banksman​/Traffic Marshal

Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced CPCS Banksman / Traffic Marshal to join our team on a busy construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement of vehicles, plant, and personnel on site, while maintaining high health and safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing vehicle and plant movement safely around the site

• Banking vehicles and assisting with safe reversing procedures

• Managing site access and egress points

• Ensuring pedestrian and vehicle segregation is maintained

• Communicating clearly with drivers and site personnel

• Following all health and safety regulations and site procedures

• Reporting any hazards or unsafe behaviour to site management

• Assisting with general site duties when required

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS Banksman / Traffic Marshal card (essential)

• Previous experience in a similar role on a construction site

• Good understanding of health and safety regulations

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

• PPE (safety boots)
