We are looking for a recently graduated Quantity Surveyor or a Graduate Employers Agent to join our cost management team in Cambridge. The role involves supporting construction cost management services for clients across the UK, Ireland and globally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pre‑

    Contract:

    Cost modelling and cost planning, value and risk analysis, procurement tasks and tender management, compilation of contract documentation.
  • Post‑

    Contract:

    Attendance at site progress meetings, completion of valuations, review of change control procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, preferably RICS accredited.
  • Strong decision‑making, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to meet client and manager deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills and willingness to seek assistance and support teammates.

Additional Requirements:

Applicants must have permanent right to work in the UK or Ireland; visa sponsorship is not available.
