* House builder, our client are looking for a best-in-class Internals Site Manager to work under an established Project Director on a c.150 residential scheme.
With the site currently programmed until 2029, this is a long term opportunity well suited for someone who wants to establish their career within a quality led developer.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Carry out regular inspections of Internal Works to ensure quality standards, programme deadlines and budgets are met.
* Lead progress and coordination meetings with finishing trades to drive performance across the site.
* Support H&S initiatives.
