* Prepare accurate cost reports, forecasts, valuations, and financial analysis
* Provide commercial guidance and contractual support to project teams
* Work collaboratively with delivery teams to identify efficiencies and deliver value improvements
* Manage change, maintain financial control, and support successful project outcomes
* Maintain accurate records, including project accounts and final accounts
* Ensure compliance with internal governance, contractual obligations, and client requirements
About You

* Good understanding of construction processes, contracts, and health & safety requirements
* Ability to build effective relationships with project teams and stakeholders
Desirable:

* Ambition to develop a long-term career within commercial management
What’s on Offer

* Company pension and life assurance
* Private medical cover
* 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and additional loyalty days
* Ongoing training, professional development, and clear career progression opportunities
* Flexible benefits and wellbeing support
Be part of a team delivering essential infrastructure projects that make a lasting difference — with the opportunity to grow your career alongside a business shaping the future of UK infrastructure
