untystical untypical is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join the team, based at our site in Cottenham (CB24) in the Eastern region, on a permanent contract.
You will support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, directing labour and materials to meet the production programme, while working closely with the Sales Team on Build/Sales procedures and show home inspections. A proactive approach and strong safety and customer service focus are essential.
