Assistant Site Manager

Location: Cambridgeshire

We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis, supporting the successful delivery of construction projects across Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

Working alongside the Site Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, maintain site documentation, and promote a strong health and safety culture.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar.

* SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Full UK driving licence.
