Site Manager

Location: Cambridgeshire

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team on a temporary-to-permanent basis, delivering construction projects across Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, coordinate programme activities, maintain client relationships, and ensure full compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.

* SMSTS, CSCS Management Card, and First Aid at Work.

* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

* Good knowledge of construction methods, health and safety legislation, and quality management.

* Full UK driving licence.
