Madigan Gill is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a new build residential development in Central Cambridge. The role requires proven experience managing new build residential projects, with strong knowledge of NHBC Standards and quality inspections.
You will hold SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), and First Aid at Work certifications, and demonstrate excellent health & safety, programme, and subcontractor management skills to maintain high quality and keep the works on programme.
