APPLE TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT (UK) LIMITED is seeking a Construction Estimator in Cambridge to join a Tier 1 pre-construction team. You will deliver element-by-element cost plans and first-principle estimates on major schemes, up to 150m+, coordinating with the senior estimator and internal stakeholders.
Applicants should have 3-5 years in estimating within a main contractor environment, with experience in BIM takeoffs, Conquest or similar software, and strong numerical and Excel skills to build
