Assistant Site Manager

Location: Waterbeach

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Maanager to join a residential construction team. Working on high-quality new-build housing developments, you will be responsible for ensuring homes are completed to the highest standards, ready for customer handover.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in residential house building who takes pride in delivering quality homes and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all finishing works across a busy residential housing development.

* Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

* Carry out quality inspections and snagging, ensuring defects are rectified promptly.

* Prepare plots for NHBC inspections and customer handovers.

* Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure build programmes are achieved.

* Maintain excellent health and safety standards on site.

* Ensure all plots are completed in line with company quality standards and programme requirements.

* Liaise with Customer Care and Sales teams where required to ensure smooth completions.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman within residential house building.

* Strong knowledge of internal and external finishing trades.

* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality.

* Ability to manage subcontractors and meet tight deadlines.

* SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.

* Valid CSCS Card.

* First Aid at Work (preferred).

* Full UK driving licence.
