NEC Supervisor

NEC Supervisor | East Anglia Region | £55.00 per hour (Umbrella) | Contract

Ceto Talent are supporting a leading engineering consultancy and are looking to appoint an experienced NEC Supervisor to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project in East Anglia.

This is a fully site-based position where you'll play a key role in ensuring quality, compliance and contractual obligations are met throughout the construction phase. Working closely with contractors, project teams and stakeholders, you'll be responsible for overseeing inspections, testing and defect management activities whilst ensuring works are delivered in accordance with NEC contract requirements.

What you'll need

* Previous experience undertaking NEC Supervisor duties

* Good understanding of NEC contracts, ideally NEC4 ECC

* Experience carrying out site inspections and quality assurance activities

* Ability to identify, record and manage defects through to close out

* Experience working on infrastructure, civil engineering, highways, building or MEP projects

* Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation

* Good reporting and record-keeping skills

What you'll be doing

Carrying out the duties of Supervisor under NEC contracts

Undertaking inspections and tests in accordance with project requirements

Managing defects and ensuring timely resolution

Witnessing hold points, materials approvals and testing activities

Maintaining site records and supporting project documentation

Supporting health, safety and environmental compliance

Assisting with project handover and verification activities

£55.00 per hour Umbrella
