Mears Group is seeking a Supervisor for our Planned and Retrofit branch in Cottenham, Cambridge, to manage two housing retrofit works, delivering high standards, safety, quality and cost controls. You will oversee day-to-day operations, sub-contractors, ensure KPI targets, and coordinate with site teams; 42.5 hours per week Monday
- Friday; salary up to £35,700 per annum, with company van and fuel card.
SSSTS/SMSTS, PAS 2035 knowledge, asbestos awareness, working at heights, and strong people
