Overview
Im working with a civils contractor who are on the lookout for someone who loves digging into the details. As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we approach our civils and groundworks projects, making sure our tenders are accurate, competitive, and smart.
Responsibilities- Turn drawings and specs into winning proposals
- Spot risks and price them wisely
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors
- Support innovative ideas to get the best value for our projects
- Help hand over projects smoothly to our delivery teams
- Have hands-on experience estimating civils and groundworks
- Understand what it takes to build efficiently on-site
- Are commercially sharp and detail-oriented
- Enjoy owning your work and making decisions
