Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Site Manager with daily site operations and coordination of trades.
* Monitor subcontractor performance, build quality and progress against programme.
* Carry out site inspections, quality checks and snagging.
* Ensure health & safety procedures and site standards are maintained.
* Support plot completions, handovers and overall project delivery.
Requirements:
* Previous Assistant Site Manager experience with a PLC house builder or residential developer.
* Good understanding of residential build processes and NHBC standards.
* Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
