Your new role
Site Manager required to oversee the conversion of an existing building into high-quality residential apartments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Director to deliverer a refurbishment and conversion project.

You will take full responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities throughout the building conversion project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour across multiple trades.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and maintain site standards at all times.
• Monitor programme progress and report on milestones.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections.
