French Speaking Customer Service Executive Temporary role to start ASAP for 2-3 months £15.38 - £16.34 per hour

Cambridge with parking with 3 days in the office and 2 from home

As a French-speaking Customer Service Executive, you will be instrumental in providing essential support to their international customer base, ensuring they receive exceptional service from onboarding through ongoing account management.

In this pivotal role, you will:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, assisting with product and support queries.
  • Manage customer orders, follow-up on enquiries, and ensure timely updates.
  • Perform quality checks on order dispatches, coordinate shipments, and track deliveries.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, offering insights and support to facilitate their success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and technical staff, to streamline operational processes.
  • Utilise your operational and organisational skills to maintain accurate customer records and ensure high service standards.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Fluent French language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in B2B customer support, particularly within tech or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems to track support tickets and manage customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a tech-savvy mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for clients.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK is essential; visa sponsorship cannot be provided.
