Position: Welcome & Service Team Member

About the Role

Day to day, you'll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You'll be on hand answering queries and listening to visitors’ needs so you can share the right information. Your role is to ensure visitors have the best day they can. You’ll also have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from key property events to social media promotion – no two days are the same.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to visitors.
  • Answer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Ensure visitors have the best experience possible.
  • Participate in key property events and social media promotion.
  • Adapt to changing operational demands and work on your own initiative.
Qualifications
  • Customer focused with an understanding of the importance of great service.
  • Team player and able to work independently.
  • Well organised and adaptable.
  • Willing to learn new skills.
  • Positive attitude.
Pay and Hours
  • £13.25 per hour.
  • Contract:

    Fixed term ending June 2027.
  • Annualised hours: 1,248 hours per year (average 24 hours per week, flexible based on operational demand).
