Support guests throughout their stay by responding to queries and requests with care and efficiency. Handle incoming phone calls, emails and reservations accurately and confidently. Provide clear information about the hotel, its facilities and the local area. Use the hotel reservation system accurately, maintaining up-to-date guest information.
