• Experience as a Customer Success Manager and working alongside technical stakeholders i.e. Software Engineers
• Confidence working with software products and technical end-users
• Empathy, resilience, and a genuine focus on helping customers win
• Great at building relationships and making things happen

• Cambridge, hybrid, 1 to 2 days a week in the office
• £50k - £70k DOE, equity, quarterly travel and a genuine say in how the CS function is built
