Architect
Location:
Cambridge
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
A well-established and award-winning architectural practice is looking to appoint a talented Architect to join its expanding Cambridge studio. Known for its creative, sustainable, and technically accomplished design approach, the practice delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, healthcare, education, and cultural sectors. The Role
Lead and manage architectural projects across RIBA Stages 1-6
Produce and develop detailed technical drawing packages from concept design through to delivery
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
Manage project programmes, ensuring deadlines and key milestones are achieved
Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations and industry best practices
Utilise Revit on a daily basis for design development, technical detailing, and project documentation
About You
ARB-registered Architect
Proven experience working within a UK architectural practice
Strong Revit proficiency with the ability to produce technical drawing packages
Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple workloads
Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational abilities
Passionate about sustainable design, technical excellence, and delivering high-quality architecture
