You'll become part of a forward-thinking, dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional technical education in the construction sector. In this role, you'll deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in electrical installation and theory. You'll support students across all stages of their learning - from recruitment to progression - while contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in electrical installation or engineering, a Level 3 qualification in Electrical, and a passion for helping others succeed. Teaching qualifications are welcome but not essential - training and support will be provided.

The Role Deliver high-quality teaching in Electrical Installation within the construction sector Use digital and face-to-face tools (e.g., VLE) to support learning and engagement Contribute to course development and curriculum innovation Guide learners from enrolment through to achievement and progression

The Person Industry-qualified in Electrical (minimum Level
3) Experience in the construction/electrical sector A confident communicator, digitally literate and learner-focused Teaching qualification desirable - training will be provided Based within a commutable distance of Blackpool
