Exam Invigilators - Cottenham Village College
Pay: £13.09 per hour
Contract: Casual contract
The RoleCottenham Village College is seeking to expand our team of dedicated and enthusiastic Examination Invigilators to supervise students during both mock and external examinations throughout the academic year. This is a casual role, offering flexibility to fit around your availability during exam periods. Full training will be provided, and schedules will be agreed in advance.
As an Exam Invigilator, you will:
- Support the Examinations Officer in the smooth running of exams.
- Collect and return papers and materials to the Examination Office.
- Start, conduct and finish examinations in line with JCQ regulations.
- Maintain a calm, secure and compliant exam environment.
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Able to maintain calm and disciplined conditions.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.
- Physically able to patrol exam rooms and stand for extended periods.
Experience is not essential—training will be provided. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with young people in a busy, purposeful environment.
