Job Summary Primary Teaching Assistant Cambridge Supporting EYFS, KS1 or KS2 pupils on a whole class, 1:1 and small group basis Pay: £500 per week, paid every Friday on a PAYE basis Incredible opportunity for an aspiring Primary Teacher Teacher Training opportunities available from January 2026 Learn by working alongside experienced and supportive Primary Teachers Training and Induction provided Regular CPD sessions available As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and whole-class support for pupils of all abilities, including some pupils who have SEN.

You will work very closely with Qualified Primary Teachers and confidently deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to support early learning and development. You will help track pupil progress and promote strong social and communication skills.
